1. Order Processing
All orders placed through www.winkindia.com are processed after successful payment confirmation or Cash on Delivery (COD) verification.
Orders are typically processed and packed within:

excluding Sundays, public holidays, and unforeseen operational disruptions.
Orders placed during promotional periods, festive sales events, or major holidays may require additional processing time.
2. Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver to most serviceable pin codes across India through trusted logistics partners.
Delivery availability may vary depending on:

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines
After dispatch from our facility, orders are generally delivered within:
3–7 business days
for most locations in India.
Remote locations or North-East regions may require additional time.
Delivery timelines are estimates provided by logistics partners and should not be considered guaranteed delivery commitments.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:

Airway Bill (AWB) Number
through email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).

5. Delivery Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information, including:

Building or apartment details

Correct PIN code
Wink India shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or losses arising from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
6. Delivered But Not Received
If the shipment tracking status shows "Delivered" but the order has not been physically received by you, customers must notify Wink India within:
24 hours of the delivery update
After this 24-hour window, investigations by courier partners become extremely limited or unavailable. We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in resolving such cases with the logistics team.
7. Split Shipments
Orders containing multiple apparel items may occasionally be shipped separately.
This may occur due to:

Inventory availability across different hubs

Warehouse allocation
-
Packaging and operational efficiency
Customers will not incur any additional shipping charges if Wink India chooses to send an order via split shipments.
8. Delayed Deliveries
While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, delays may occur due to:

Natural disasters

Public holidays or local festivals

Government restrictions or lockdowns

Transportation disruptions

Courier partner operational delays

Exceptionally high order volumes
Wink India shall not be liable for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
9. Lost Shipments
If an order is officially confirmed as lost in transit by our logistics partner, Wink India may, at its sole discretion:

Dispatch a fresh replacement product (subject to stock availability), or

Issue a full refund to the original payment method (or store credit for COD)
after appropriate verification.
10. Damaged or Tampered Shipments
Customers must inspect packages carefully upon delivery.
If a package arrives visibly:

Opened or cut

Tampered with
customers should:

Take clear photographs and video of the package immediately before opening it

Retain all original packaging materials and invoice sheets

Contact Wink India within 48 hours of delivery
Failure to report such packaging issues within the specified 48-hour period may affect eligibility for a replacement or resolution.
11. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed during the checkout process before payment.
Wink India reserves the right to modify shipping charges, promotional free-shipping offers, or minimum order requirements without prior notice.
2. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled by the customer before dispatch from our warehouse.

Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the courier partner, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Wink India reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders in situations including but not limited to: product unavailability, incorrect pricing/description errors, suspected fraudulent activity, incomplete customer details, or failed payment verification.
In such cases, any eligible refund will be processed back to the original payment method.
13. Exchanges and Returns
Returns, size replacements, and refunds are governed strictly by the Wink India Exchange & Return Policy. Customers are encouraged to review the Exchange & Return Policy before placing an order.
